I told him that the mattress that was looked at by a tech was deemed by ashley, faulty and the store would call to pick up and redeliver a new mattress. But the agent asked if I had called back to select an option..uh yeah dummy, thats why im calling you back because the store never called to schedule a redelivery! This is about the *th exchange in furniture ive had twice on the matress, * times on the sofas.
