~yeh yeh: I need some information and I initially contacted Asus support via chat. I was told I needed to call in instead. After **-** minutes of wait time finally a rep answered my call. He was so unsure of the answer and at a moment told me I need to contact Asus via email. I then asked for the email information and he told me it's confidential. Which at this point I was getting frustrated. Overall, their customer service is next to nothing. I wouldn't recommend getting their products!
