~nick: The website says there will be a status update within **hrs after they recieve your unit-well these guys have had my tablet for over a week and can't seem to give me any updates. I was just told by a rep at this * it takes * business days for them to sort through everything and give back a status. I have got a really bad feeling that if it takes them over a week to even find my tablet that I may be without it for a very long time. I have emailed their cust. care email and no one responds, i have even emailed someone who is supposed to be a superviser and they dont respond. So far i regret i spent money with this company.

~nick: For that I would say one out of five.
