~Past Frustrated: To hold for over an hour is ridiculous. Your hours are only available when of course everyone is at work. How can you justify that length of a hold. How are you still in business. If I could give a zero that is what you deserve. Your service is below horrible. I couldn't put the exact hold time. It was over * hours.
