~Betty Kimmel: I called to have avast remove hold on my bank account to renew avast. I talked to rep for an hour while he renewed my account which I did not want renewed. He said he would take care of it for me. After an hour he gave me a number to call to get my money back. The number did not belong to avast. I want my money back in my bank account. I did not give permission to automatically renew my avast software.

~Betty Kimmel: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Betty Kimmel: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Betty Kimmel: For that I would say one out of five.
