~R: I waited ** minutes and gave up to try another number. That other number said to call this one, so I tried again. After ** minutes, I got someone. The billing address was incorrect, the shipping address was correct, and she told me the item did ship today. But! **, and then ** minutes on hold? No thank you. Will not be ordering again from this site.
