~ChristineN14: They just pick a name and an address, then say someone signed for a music CD that you don't even like, then it comes up on your credit report. They won't give proof of your supposed "signature" either. Horrible company. They said "it's only $**, you might as well just pay for it", but it's that it's WRONG! How else can they stay in business when they charge $** for a CD?

~ChristineN14: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ChristineN14: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BMG Music's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ChristineN14: For that I would say three out of five.
