~former Barnes and Noble custom: I am still waiting for B&N to resolve my issue. I ordered almost ****.** in text books through BN.com. I received a book that was not in my order and never received the correct one. I have been back and forth with B&N and the vendor for several weeks now. B&N tells me to contact vendor while vendor tells me to contact B&N. I was finally told by a B&N supervisor that I would get refund right away if I called back to give them a tracking number for the book I am sending back to vendor. I called back with tracking number and was told that the supervisor gave me the wrong info and I will have to wait til they get a credit from the vendor, which I am sure will never happen. I am telling everyone I know at the school I work at to never order from Barnes and Noble, Order from Amazon they have much better customer service.
