GetHuman-385638: I have been waiting almost a week for a credit on my visa. They were to charge my purchases on a gift card and instead they charged my Visa. The first time I called after a half hour wait was told it would take ** hours. *nd time I called * days later (another ** minute wait) was told credit would show up that day. Two days later still waiting. Another call (** minute wait) was told system slow and may take even longer to get credit. Should have gotten the Kindle. B&N Customer Service is horrible.
