GetHuman-228318: I'm a first time customer and have to say, I'm very disappointed. On August **th, I went online to buy a dress for an event I'm going to THIS weekend (September *th) leaving more than enough time for shipping. I ended up finding two dresses I loved so I bought them both! *A few days later, I get notified that I wont receive one of them until November - even though I made sure it was in stock when I purchased it. Fine - I approved it. Then, on August **th, I got an email that my other dress shipped. I tried to log in to track my order, but Bebe is saying that they don't even have my email address in their system! I emailed customer service - I know you just updated your website so understandable that there are bugs to get worked out - but no one got back to me. It's now September *rd, still no dress. So I go onto USPS to track my order. USPS said that just TODAY they got an ELECTRONIC notification to EXPECT my order. * days after the email that my dress had shipped, and USPS hasn't even
