~HAPPY: I waited patiently for the sales rep to finish with a customer which she gave her full attention. But when she helped me, I did not have her undivided attention because she began talking with another customer and an associate. After leaving the store, I looked in my bag and noticed that I was sold the wrong item! I showed and told the rep which product I wanted to purchase but due to her lack of concern of my purchase, she made a mistake. Now, I have to return to Belk for an exchange! Ugh...the Summerville, SC beauty center needs improvement!!!
