GetHuman-179724: Speaking with Bell Customer Service, I asked about proposed changes to the UTOS Agreement(Unregulated Terms of Service), inserted in my August*** bill. They had never received this info and did not know anything about it. * hr ** mins later, I finally was able to express it was not promotions on my bill, but threatened changes to my account by Oct ****, if I didn't call before then with any questions I might have. Written in legalese, it was incomprehensible to me and was also to the rep in the Philipines. He is to call me with clarification on the changes if any to my account. (some hope). No chance of reaching someone in Bell, Toronto to have them explain what this is all about. "..Bell's relevant tariffs for services which are no longer mandated by CRTC.." is a frightening thought - '..absolute power corrupts absolutely', a truism. Has anyone else had this experience or even received this insert?
