~Inno_Mark: The ATT number ***-***-**** that I have called MANY times wouldn't even give tech support as an option this time. Dialing ***-***-**** took me directly to tech support in North Carolina and people who actually had a freaking clue. I deal with ATT for business connections regularly and never would have found these people otherwise.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting BellSouth FastAccess DSL. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a BellSouth FastAccess DSL problem?
~Inno_Mark: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Inno_Mark: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BellSouth FastAccess DSL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
