~IH8_BB: This has got to be the biggest joke out there in terms of customer service. I reserved a TV instore at BestBuy and received no confirmation email that the product was ready for pick-up. Dont even bother to call the store beacuse nobody is there to pick up the phone. Then i called BestBuy customer service Canada and they had zero information for me and then tried the store themselves and came back with Futureshop on the line!! Serious? FS doesnt carry the product i was looking for or i would have called them. I am now on hold for about ** minutes again with BB customer service... enough of this. Good bye BestBuy. Look elsewhere people. This is unacceptable in ****.
