GetHuman-290971: Actually the first girl I spoke to sounded like she had a mouthful of mashed potatoes, but just as I was about to ask her to speak to someone else, she transfered me. The guy that helped me was really pleasant and the plus to this is not only did he resolve the problem, he gave me a tip that I should call back and get a pro-rated refund on an antivirus subscription if I buy a new computer before my subscription runs out on this one which I have paid for in advance! I had no clue about that...nice!
