GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-myway: I was pulled out of line by the north riverside best buy manager darel as i was at the register and told i couldent buy the items i was trying to buy. He was rude and gave no reason i asked what was the store policy on buying that item was told i could buy * a day . I havent bought that item today but he told me i can no longer buy it at that location. He desided i have bought to many in the past wich i dont understand how he knows what i bought . I only seen him once befor wich was yesterday when i bought * of the item and he was rude to me and another person in line becase we were buying fire sticks. If theres a max lifetime amount i could buy from your store i was never told and to be treated that way in front of a line of people like i was a stealing something or doing something wrong was embarrassing. I spend alot of money with best buy and shouldent get treated that way. I shop at many of your stores and never had a problem . I shouldn't have to drive out of my way to another location due to your store manager desideing that i cant buy a item at that locationwhen theres no police in place. I feel discriminated against. Why was i singled out I was buying the alloted amount set by your store i did nothing wrong. I want to be notified what is being done about this situation or if i violated and of your store policy. Pleas call me and let me know.
