~Anonymous: The problem was the DVD sold on-line to family for Christmas was Reg*-Europe and cannot be played on Reg*-US DVD players which are not equiped with an ALL DVD capability--after * transfers the girl told me it was not within ** days so no return and I should call the manufacterer. When I said the manufacturer will not be responsible for BEstBuy sending the wrong DVD based on the country, she suggested I try the local store for a TradeIn*BuyBack-which will be up to the Geek Squad to determine the value and allow or not.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Best Buy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
