~ruth: Mason City, IA - tried to return an ink cartridge that emptied in my hand and was told that I had to bring in the ink that had leaked even though I had a receipt before any exchange could be made. I was also told that Best Buy does not like to take ink cartridges back. I had washed my hand so had no ink to take in. Best Buy in Mankato replaced it for me with NO PROBLEM!!!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ruth: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Best Buy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ruth: For that I would say two out of five.
