~Suz: I signed up for a bingplaces account and it will not let me login even though I verified the account. The only thing the rep could tell me is to sign up for a microsoft outlook which I did then she tells me it is not registered. I have gone round in circles trying to get a bingplaces set up and can't login but it tells me to set up a new account but trying to set up account tells me that email is in use. Support tells me to talk to someone else and they tell me to talk to them. Still cannot get into account.

~Suz: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Suz: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bing's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Suz: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Bing customers?
~Suz: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Bing to know who you are.
