~Poed Customer: I have been trying * different numbers to get a hold of BlendTec. My pitchers are bad and I only purchased the unit * years ago. I have not been able to get through to anyone on any of the numbers. What's up with this? I'm about to go back to Costco and tell them I want a refund or credit so I can buy a Vitamix. I have duly followed use instructions...to have a *** dollar blender wimp out on a frozen banana in almond mild...weak! How do I get through?
