~ANONYMOUS: HAD TO HAVE A COUPLE VISITS TO GET THE INITIAL HOOKUP FIXED, WAITED ON THE AVERAGE ** MINUES ON HOLD TO TALK TO CS, THEN THE *TH THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WENT DOWN, USED ALL MY CELL MINUTES WAITING TO REPORT IT, CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WAS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH, GUESS I AM SCREWED SINCE I SIGNED A CONTRACT
