GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman52137: I had a sofa set delivered two weeks ago and one of the pieces didn't align correctly. The delivery guys should’ve taken the defective piece back for an exchange as we requested. Instead, they had us call for a tech to come and look at it. After a week of waiting the tech arrives and determines what was obvious. The corner piece was defective. After another week of waiting the supposedly replacement piece as to arrive only to be told by the delivery person that it was the wrong piece. I explained that the tech took photos and insured us that the piece on their truck was the defective piece. The delivery person insisted that it was not the correct piece and it was not worth trying to attach it. **After speaking to your customer service rep., she informed me that it was in fact the correct piece and the delivery person should’ve attached it. She then contacted your operations dept. to have the delivery truck come back with that piece. **I’m not happy right now with this sequence of events. I took a day off from work to be home for this service and it has not been a good experience. The delivery guys that showed up today were in a rush and not very detail oriented. **I’ll keep this experience in mind before making another purchase from your business.**Regards.
