GetHuman52709: i just bought and received a chair from you three days ago. We absolutely HATE it. It is extremely uncomfortable and the leather is hard. I spoke to a representative and was told it can't be returned. After *. Days? You've got to be kidding. So disappointed in your store. We have bought a lot of furniture in the past. NEVER AGAIN!!!! We will not recommend your store or furniture. We want a full refund. You need to change your policies and make customers happy
