~customer: The technician told me that the back panel on my sofa have to be replaced, so he called cust. service and I was told that those panels were in stock and one should arrive by mail within a month and to give them a call once it does. After * weeks I called asking where's my panel and they told my it takes ... ** to ** weeks to get them from the manufacturer... I am speechless. From now on I am going to record all my phone calls ( and names) in order to confront them with their lies.
