GetHuman-44579: My phone was stolen and the people from boost let the man that stole the phone walk into a boost store with none of my account info and no PIN number nor the number for the phone and simply let him take over my account of * years. He changed th number the PIN and iss currently using the $*** phone I insured and they are refusing to replace infact the agent I spoke with stated "yes we do have the $* insurance but we expect you as the customer to take care of the phone" pretty much insinuating that it was my fault it was stolen and fraudulently activated!
