GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Borders customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-329734: The response time for Borders was very good.However, I am deeply disappointed with the ethic principles that Borders is using to display their merchandise. I have always shopped at Borders for holidays, special occasions, and for gifts for co-workers. I now may need to shop somewhere else. My daughter went to borders to purchase a "How to Knit book". The book was on the fifty percent off cart but the book was full price. This seems extremely unfair in these hard economic times, that businesses would play games with consumers. Out of all the places to place your merchandise, why would you place merchandise on a cart that you're selling for full price along with half-off merchandise? Ofcourse, to get more business. If you value your customers, you would present your merchandise in a fair and balanced manner, not using trickery. If my daughter had not wanted the book so badly, I would have left it. As I said before, your store has always been my special place. When I say I shop
