~Cheryl : Would give ZERO stars. Lodging complaint with Better Business Bureau & Utilities Commision. Sequence of events are as follows:**. Cable box went out,. Brighthouse set appointment for *-* pm four days later (a little miffed about that, but what other choice?).**. Husband takes afternoon off work. At *:** he calls Brighthouse. They tell him they will have technician call him.**. At *:**, still no phone call from technician and knowing they don't make service calls after *:**, we call Brighthouse again. Told, "sorry", guy showed up at our place to no answer and now closed for night. **. Ask to speak with supervisor. Explain to him that we have received no phone calls from ANY technician at our house... BUT, more importantly, we have a security camera on front of house that shows absolutely no technician all day. Supervisor says they will pay someone overtime to come out.**. *:**, call back. Customer service tells us our account has been cancelled. After ** minutes bantering, she finds ac
