~Fed Up: Brighthouse did answer faster than the local ***-***-**** number,but I got the same doubletalk run around as before. Obviously their Reps are instructed to do so.I specifically asked for the Corporate contact info,was cheerfully told they could supply same-then after I again explained the run around I had received since November,and pointed out they had sent me a confirmation email that was not lived up to-they refused to give me the Corporate contact info. I reminded the Rep that the line was being recorded and shame on her for lying like a rug so near to Santa's visit. Yes that last sentence has been abridged for the more sensitive readers here. Bottom line,contact the Florida Public Service Commission after your first call to BrightHouse that does not get you results. The PSC will get their attention.
