~karatecop: I had two items in my cart by accident when ordered online and wanted to immediately catch them before the order was sent. I have now spent two days emailing and calling their customer "NO SERVICE" department. There is absolutely NO WAY to talk to a human. You have to place you phone number on a list and they say they will call you back. I've been waiting ** minutes and I doubt I'll ever hear from them again.
