~johnno: IF ONLY BA WOULD BE OPEN AND HONEST ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED YOU FOR CALLING THIS NUMBER IT WOULDN'T HURT SO MUCH TO BE KEPT WAITING ** MINUTES LISTENING TO THEIR HOLD MUSIC. AND I WAS TRYING TO MAKE A BOOKING !! GAVE UP AND CONTACTED ANOTHER AIRLINE. BA THE LOSERS BY THEIR GREED AND INEFFICIENCY.
