~missmichelle: I went to make a return of a birthday gift I received. It was not within the ** days and therefore, the cashier politely told me that he'd have to give me store credit instead. I pleaded and stated that I had recently received the gift and can prove my birthday with my ID. I then asked if maybe the manage would be able to help me. That is when he called the manager, Judy, which was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a store. She walked to me annoyed (she was just walking around since the store was empty, so I'm not sure why she was annoyed). She stood two feet from me, looked at the receipt and loudly just said "No!" and walked away. I was flabberghasted. She didn't even give me eye contact. No fake empathetic apologie. Nothing! I was very upset. The cashier saw this and gave me a Brookstone magazine (since I had stated I had never been to a Brookstone, or even heard of Brookstone, before this). I still said thank you as I left, since the cashier was very politely. But I have
