~J: Spoke to manager Jamie at Service center - explained I have a gift receipt that says "you may return item within ** dya for a refund or within ** days for an exchange or credit." It was purchased ***** today ***** -tried to return for a refund - manager and customer service rep said they could not - customer rep said she couldn't see receipt - I can fax it in on Monday - I am very angry that your word, the words you wrote on the receipt are not being honored.
