~Richard in Sweden: HOW CAN YOU CLAIM THAT AVERAGE WAITING TIME IS * MINUTE WHEN ON **ST DECEMBER THE NUMBER DID NOT EVEN CONNECT!!!!!!!!????!!!!!!!!! Not in the morning, not in the afternoon and not in the evening! Is it because of much lost baggage? If so, you would really need to respond to complaints!!!!!
