~pissed: Yeah. It was afternoon, on November 15th.

~pissed: This is the letter I have written to CSpire:**My phone is only six months old and the charging port is damaged inside. I have gone to the CSpire store and was told I could make an insurance claim for the $***.** deductible OR contact Samsung for a warranty claim. The CSR man in the store, Chunsey Diggs, told me that Samsung would send me a new phone with instructions to move all the contacts, apps, pictures, etc. to the new phone and that I would mail them the old phone. * I contacted Samsung who advised me I would have to clear everything from the phone, send it to them, wait for THEM to decide if this was something I had done or if it was a defect in the device, and they may or may not charge ME for the repair.* This phone has been is an Otter Box case since the purchase date. There is not a scratch on the phone. The charger is designed to only go in ONE way. There is no way that I am responsible for this. I'm fully capable of inserting a charger into a phone's charging port.

~pissed: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pissed: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about C Spire Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pissed: For that I would say one out of five.
