~allenrocks: I called to ask when my deposit would be released and they never told me my bill was late and that they would add an extra year to the thing. They didn't like me and wanted me to wait another year. I had autopay setup but a check bounced so they disabled it without telling me while I was on the phone with them. They all are lazy and unorganized.
