GetHuman-169850: I spoke with Lori and explained what I needed to accomplish. She was very helpful and patient with me. On my end, I have more work to do to get what I want. She said she will post my call on the account in question so that when I do call again, I won't have to repeat everything.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Capital One 360. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Capital One 360 problem?
GetHuman-169850: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-169850: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One 360's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
