~MR: My wallet was stolen & my electric orange card was in it. Ing immediately cancelled that card & sent me a new one, clearly explained how to dispute the charges, & made the whole process very easy during a very frustrating time.

~MR: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MR: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One 360's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MR: For that I would say three out of five.
