GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Capital One Credit Card customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Madcap Minx: Do not use this card to pay a Doctor or Dentist. If they do not do they work they were paid for you have no recourse. They Capital One) require that a second Doctor or Dentist put an explanation on their letterhead of what the first professional did wrong. No Doctor or Dentist is going to do that. They do not know what took place between you and the Doctor or Dentist. They would not take my word for what happened. It was my money they paid the Dentist and yet they would not return the payment even though I explained how many times I had returned (*) to have it fixed and then had to pay a second Dentist $*,*** to fix the problem. Capital One does not protect the consumer

~Madcap Minx: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
