~Dissapointed customer: Horrible company. My HSBC credit company was acquired by Capital One and it has been a nightmare for me ever since. They have been wrongly reporting my credit card to the Credit Bureaus and ruining my credit. I use their credit card and pay the full balance every month. Yet, they have been reporting that an unused card has been used. That has already taken ** points down in my credit score. I am not going to use this card anymore. Please don't use them! Go somewhere else!
