~GW: Sending an email was a waste of time because they did not assist me in getting the fax I was promised * days in a row and never received it.**This email address goes to the support team in India and they do not have a clue as how to assist me or anyone else.

~GW: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GW: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GW: For that I would say five out of five.
