~Jon: I could not understand most of what the CS agents were saying. They would not transfer me to anyone that I could understand. They are insisting on paying my old hazard insurance company next month and then telling me that I will need to get a refund from them to pay the new company. They will not remove the private mortgage insurance that is not required on our mortgage yet they are billing us for, and there is no one within their company that you can seem to talk to directly. They really ****.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Cenlar. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Cenlar problem?
~Jon: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jon: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Cenlar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jon: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Cenlar customers?
~Jon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Cenlar to know who you are.
