~Hopeful : The woman who helped me was very kind. She would tell me what I needed to do & when I told her I had already done it, she went back to the proper dept & kept digging. She finally came back & said the issue would be cleared up within **-** hrs. She will call me to let me know when that happens. The problem was we paid off our loan, but Cenlar never removed it from our credit rept & when we questioned the rept, they said Cenlar still had it on their books. Soooo check your credit report.

~Hopeful : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Hopeful : For that I would say one out of five.
