~Wiley: I called (***)***-**** at *pm and asked for "Tammy" and was forwarded to her voice mail. It turns out her last name is - or sounds like - "Mishato." I left my name and * and she returned my call the next morning at *:**am. I explained my problem to her (haveng to delete several names from my account rather than just cancel their cards), and she said she'd have a specialist contact me "within ** to ** hours."*The following morning, at *:**am, "Chris" called from Chevron, and everything was taken care of in a couple moments. So, that **** number worked great for me. The humans were nice and professional, and I am a happy camper.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chevron. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chevron problem?
~Wiley: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Wiley: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chevron's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Wiley: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Chevron customers?
~Wiley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chevron to know who you are.
