~Ex-Loyal Chevron Cust & Stock : Today, *-**-****, I called both the ***-***-**** and ***-***-**** numbers on *******, about **:**am pst. *Phone was answered with a snarling "Yeah?" by a nasty, snot-nosed sounding young male, who immediately Refused to transfer me to CFO Patricia Yarrington, Refused to give his name, Refused to tell me who could help me, and Refused to transfer me to anyone else in the Executive team, then he abruptly hung up on me, slamming the phone down!*Appalled by such behavior, I immediately called back, explained I am a long-term Chevron Stock account and Gas card holder and I had information that Ms. Y would like to receive. *He again gave me a series of No's and Rude replies, offered no help whatsoever, was completely lacking of any and all customer service skills, and hung up on me a *nd time. *This was now Rude beyond belief. It is obvious this child has no oversight or accountability, and does not fear for his job or about being reported to his superiors. Very, Very Unprofessional.**I l
