~auntpat: I have been a faithful subscriber for more than ** years, but am seriously considering canceling because of chronic delivery problems. I am elderly and handicapped, and pay for HOME delivery, not street or driveway delivery. This mornings edition was thrown on the curb, nearly ** feet from my front door. This kind of delivery is disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Apparently service to long-time subscribers is no longer of importance to the Chicago Tribune.
