~Misleading advertising - out o: I recently placed and order for a dress on the cover of the new July catalog along with earings and a bracelet to match. I got through the entire online purchase process and nowhere did it indicate that the dress was out of stock and there could*would be a **-day wait for the dress. I happened to go online to check on the status of shipment since I did not receive and e-mail from Chico's and that's how I found out that the dress is on backorder. It's extremely misleading for Chico's to not disclose the out of stock status online when you place an order. Today I received the accessories for a dress that I don't have. They're anxious to record a sale so they ship whatever they have without telling you the main part of your order is unavailable. Misleading advertising! Upon calling customer service all they said is that they will send you a card in the mail after **days to see if you still want the backordered*out-of-stock item. They couldn't tell you when you might expect to actu
