~Price adjustments rock: They refuse to honor price adjustments via chat! UNFAIR! Price adj. is part of Chico's policy. My items went on further sale the very next day! * reps disconnected me hoping I would give up. My price adjustment was to be around $**, I was finally credited only $*. The very next day, my items went even more on sale and so what I did is reordered my items at at a $** savings this time and when the original package arrived I did a return to sender. Still waiting for that credit and hope they don't mess things up and try to refund me the *nd order, I got everything at a **% discount. Too bad for them, I would have left it at the $** adjustment, now they're losing $** instead!
