~Tspn: Website problems caused me to call and confirm the order was places successfully. I was unable to login to my account and no lost password was ever sent as I requested * times. They can't help me for ** hours on associating this purchase with my account and will have to call back. No comment about the fact I also didn't receive an email confirming my purchase
