GetHuman-280531: I go to Chili's all of the time and I never have a problem. Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I was literally ignored once I sat down. Finally someone came over and asked if I had been helped and said she had no idea who was supposed to be my waiter. Then I gave her my drink and dinner order which I waited another ** minutes before my drink finally arrived. I ordered the sirloin med rare and it got to my table cold and super rare. I was ignored again for a while after receiving my food so attempted to flag someone down so they could up cook my steak to med rare. The lady I spoke to had a major attitude problem and seemed perturbed that I had a problem with my steak. ** minutes later she brings my steak back and of course it was over cooked super tough and chewy, like they threw it in the microwave. At that point I was so hungry I ate it anyways. At this point I'm just ready to leave and I had to wait for someone to walk by (mind you they weren't busy at al
