~Tom: This is what I replied to a Facebook post of someone complaining about the unprofessionalism they received at Chili's, again. The employees look and act "dirty"..all * times I've been in the past year. I have not been to a "well established" restaurant that was ran this bad in my life.** I've tried Chili's in Rome * times, and * times it's been a dysfunctional goat rodeo, at best. A few nights ago, went in around *...light crowd, nobody at bar...we sat there, ordered drinks...menus scattered everywhere on bar..all were sticky to the touch and some stuck to the bar. To the left were at least *-* dirty plates and *-* half empty glasses, dirty napkins...and that mess stayed on the bar for ** minutes....the eggrolls were awful and greasy...I finally had to try and move the stack of sticky menus so I could try to eat and the bartender said something and I said "I'm trying to get this **** off the bar....and that mess down there.." She finally went and cleaned up the mess, never wiped the
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Chili's. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Chili's problem?
~Tom: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tom: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Chili's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tom: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Chili's customers?
~Tom: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Chili's to know who you are.
